Rep. Tom McClintock (R-Rocklin) opined on California's ballot measures. True to his Libertarian nature, he opposes Prop 19 (legalization of pot) not on moral grounds, but because the measure is poorly written and has the potential to create a bevy of legal problems for employers (and others).
