The November ballot offers voter nine ballot measures -- including Prop 19, which would legalize marijuana for adults 21 and older and Prop 23, which would suspend the implementation of the Global Warming Solution Act.
Polls have shown that California voters just might legalize pot, but for candidates (particularly those running for attorney general) Prop 19 is a political lightening rod.
