Logue considers ballot measure to overturn Obama Care implementation in CA

Assemblyman Dan Logue responded to today’s ruling by the U.S. Supreme Court upholding the constitutionality of the federal Affordable Care Act (aka "Obamacare") by announcing that he is considering authoring a ballot measure to stop its implementation in California.  

Assemblyman Logue authored Proposition 23 in 2010 to suspend the implementation of the California Air Resources Board’s dangerous AB 32 program.
