Placer County Republican Party To Hold First Convention

The Placer County Republican Party will hold its first-ever convention on Aug. 18 to endorse candidates for local offices in Placer County.

The convention replaces a process where endorsements had been decided by the 27-member Placer County Central Committee. Under this new process, each Central Committee member can appoint up to 10 delegates to participate in the convention.
