Community 1st Bank has named Nannette LaDuca-Boose the Assistant Vice President of its Mortgage Department. LaDuca-Boose has more than 25 years experience in the mortgage business.
She will work out of both the Auburn and Roseville offices of Community 1st Bank and be a key component in the mortgage department. Her experience in the past includes working with both Conventional loans and Reverse Mortgage programs. Among her areas of expertise are processing, underwriting and origination.
