Auburn resident "Bo" Bogdan Ambrozewicz will run against Sen. Ted Gaines in the 1st Senate District race, according to Capitol insider Scott Lay. The newly drawn district includes most of Placer County, a small portion of East Sacramento County, all of El Dorado County and many smaller counties in the northeast.
