Rocklin resident's murder-for-hire trial set for November in Placer County

The Auburn Journal reports Ruben Cesar Salgado, Rocklin resident and the former cop charged with multiple drug felonies and murder-for-hire is scheduled to go to trial at 8:30 a.m. Nov. 8 in Placer County.
