Using a modern technological device known as CrimeDex, the Roseville Police Department identified and arrested a convicted felon just four days after he had attempted to rob a major department store.
The uber technological Crimedex is composed of an online community of fraud, loss prevention and law enforcement professionals dedicated to stopping crime.
