In an effort to encourage qualified adults to "get out and vote" in the upcoming election, Placer County Registrar of Voters office submitted the following news release:
The June 5, 2012 Presidential Primary Election gives voters an opportunity to have their say in a number of issues. In the June election, voters are nominating
candidates to appear on the November ballot as well as electing candidates to hold county offices. A variety of measures will also appear on the ballot allowing voters to make decisions about their local communities.
