On Thursday, several emergency agencies from throughout the region will participate in a Multi Casualty Incident drill beginning in the morning.
The drill scenario will involve a simulated hazardous material release, which will then drift through multiple jurisdictions. The simulated release will originate in Roseville, cross into unincorporated Placer County and then continue into Rocklin.
