Lincoln CIty Council to hear from Garden Bar Reservoir proponents

At Tuesday's meeting, Lincoln City Council members will hear a presentation from proponents of the Garden Bar Reservoir, which is proposed to be built in rural north Placer County bordering Nevada County. 

The project's water consultant Lynne Melton and Brad Arnold, of South Sutter Water District will give the presentation.
