Vail Resorts announced today that it acquired Kirkwood Mountain Resort. Vail Resorts will now operate three mountain resorts in the Lake Tahoe region, including Northstar California, Heavenly Mountain Resort, and now Kirkwood Mountain Resort.
Starting today, Northstar pass holders will have immediate access to Kirkwood and Kirkwood pass holders will be able to ski and ride Northstar and Heavenly—giving skiers and riders the Best of Tahoe! The entire press release, FAQs, and information for pass holders is on Snow.com.
