Assemblywoman Beth Gaines is co-authoring legislation that would allow every military veteran to pay in-state tuition.
The bill, which also applies to veterans’ spouses, only requires that a veteran be honorably discharged and have served a minimum of 36 months in the Armed Forces or the State Military Reserve.
