Burglar Busted by Rocklin Cops

Rocklin Police Department have arrested David Alan Foster for burglarizing a residence in the El Don Estates area of Rocklin in December. After a months-long investigation, a warrant was put out for Foster's arrest on Wednesday.

Placer County Supes Approve Two Measures for June Ballot

Placer County voters who live in the North Auburn, Ophir and Lone Star communities will have the opportunity in the June 5, 2012 presidential primary election to decide their level of fire and emergency medical service. On Tuesday, the Board of Supervisors approved a resolution that will put a measure on the ballot for an increase in taxes for the area.

Roseville Grant Money Available For Non-Profits

Non-profit organizations serving Roseville and South Placer County residents are encouraged to apply for grant funding from three different grant programs offered through the City of Roseville. 

For the 2012-13 funding cycle, up to $495,000 will be available through a competitive grant process, including $457,500 through the Citizens' Benefit Fund, $25,000 from the Roseville Automall Community Fund and $12,500 through the Roseville Employees Annual Charitable Hearts Fund Fund.
